  • Help Needed with 1970's Clock

Does anyone out there know whether the dash clock from a 1972 Bird is interchangeable with a 1975?

The dash layouts just about identical. Plus, radios were more of a standard standard size back then especially within the same manufacturers line (volume knob on left, tuning knob on right, channel display in center). I'm about 95% certain you would have no problem using the radio from a 1972 model in a 1975 model Thunderbird.

My mistake. I guess I wasn't paying close enough attention.

Same answer though. As the dash layouts were pretty close to identical, I would think it would probably work.

This seller on eBay seems to think it would work too. I can't really recall any differences between the 1972 and 1975 models in which it wouldn't work.

That's the one that I'm considering placing a bid upon.
