How many of you have this filling when you see a Thunderbird?

That color is so pretty I wish I had bought that color. I love all the colors
    and want them all.

Jerry, if you had them all then your problem would be which one to drive. If they are all Birds, what's the difference , they are all beautiful.
I have 3 cars and have to figure where I am going and what I am doing. Quite often i will end up driving all 3 in one day depending on what my needs are. (Speed, Sex Appeal, Passengers, Trunk Space?) Check out my gallery to see what I mean.

      Morning y'all,

      See, I can be American.

Jerry, I have to say that I don't have that feeling. When you drive a black T-bird, all the others are just colors....

      No offence intended.

      Gordon.

Right you are, Jerry...it's hard not to notice any TBird, regardless of the color!

All colors are beautiful, BUT for the most smiles per mile you got to have a RED BIRD

            Whew!
I caught my breath when I read the title of your thread Jerry!
I thought you were talking about selling your Bird.

Martin, Nice gallery! Is the '57 a Sunliner, or a Skyliner?

Okay, looked again...must be a Sunliner, I think I see a white soft top.
            She's a beauty!

Sally, the 57 is the Fairlaine 500 Convertible. When I was growing up my parents had the same convertible in Robin's Egg Blue and also had a matching 57 2 Door Station Wagon. It was traded in in 62 not long before I got my license so I never got a chance to drive it. ( I will add photos of them to my Gallery)

Precisely why I started my "collection"...but given the market now, I think I'll be treading water for awhile. The PCR will have to wait.

I feel pretty fortunate to have the 2 Thunderbirds that I presently have. Also being able to come here to TBN or go to the Thunderbirds of Las Vegas dinner meetings to be able to meet and talk to other enthusiasts has made the ownership experience even more enjoyable.

I REALLY WANTED A RED TBIRD....but to not have a black interior I chose the Cashmere.

I found the trick was to collect the tops ... It is much cheaper.

How about a Pink one? There's one listed on cars.com from Galpin ford.

No offence intended. Gordon, no offense either as I also drive a black. If I had a choice though (bought mine used), would have gone with a lighter color. The black is beautiful but a real bitch to keep clean, especially in dusty Texas.

                            Hi there,

Bill, your'e dead right there. When a black is fresh from under the polisher, there is nothing else like it. Drive 10 miles down the road and it needs doing again.

In Texas you have the dust, in Georgia we have the dreaded pine pollen which can turn a nice black car green overnight!

Also, as mentioned in another thread recently, the black leather interior does get extremely hot when parked in the sun for a while.

                            Still love it though.

                            All the best, Gordon.

p.s. My next favorite color is the greyish color, is it Mountain Mist Grey?
