WOW i won an ebay auction for a mountin shaddow grey hardtop. realy cheep... sometimes i just put a bid in and hope and pray no one will notice the auction. so in any event i have a new relay from hollywood to ny! secondly anyone looking for a msg hardtop to buy PM me P.S. i would realy be intrested in a trade for a white or cashmere permentaly.... or even for a year!
any relay vollenteers! p.s. i realy need someone to inspect./ pick up this top for me in LA!

Drew, Was it the one the guy had on Ebay that was upsidedown on the stand? I sent him an Email and told him it was upsidedown. It didn't sell the first time he listed it and when he relisted it he didn't change the picture but put a note on the listing the he had corrected it. I was watching it too but never bid becuase it was so far away. I found a MSG top in Saginaw, Michigan on Craigslist.com and drove up there and picked it up. Now my car looks like a NM. Leroy

sweet... yea it was the upside down one... i asked and he said he knew that someone told him... he fixed the top but dident retake pictures! even if it needs a new weather strip up there on front i got a good deal. i actually wasent planing on winning right now but i usualy throw a bid on the auctions that start low incase people dont notice them... seems the tops still sell for above a grand usualy... he said no damage in his add so if its not good i wont take it. any suggestions on members in LA i can bribe into picking this up for me... i was gona PM archie but i dont know if hes been on lately

I agree, the performance/whisper white or cashmere hardtop would look the best with your Mint T-Bird.

Not sure if we can help that much, but we could transport the MSG top from Mojave or Barstow over to Las Vegas when we head over to the Desert Thunder event in October. (Hmmm...m, a MSG top might look pretty good on "Blackie")

If you can find someone in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area to look at it, and pick it up, and haul it up to Mojave or Barstow, we could transport it to Las Vegas, similar to what we did in 2006, transporting a red hardtop from Mojave to Tulsa for for Rick of World Class Wheels.

SugarDaddy, If you want to see what a MSG top looks like on a Black Bird go to the picture gallery page 10 Leroy. I picked it up in Saginaw, Mich. for $400.00. I was going to get it painted Black but everyone says to leave it Grey. I call it my NM Clone.

the hole im in now is that i need someone to pick it up from the seller in LA i know we have a few LA members but i havent heard from them? any recommendations on shippers if i cant get this going? Sugardaddy is not to far from LA if i could get a LA member to pick it up and run it out towards him he said he would take it to LasVegas for the TBN meet... im sure someone would take it east from there.... the rest is usually easy.
