Those are real, I think Scott that was over in Iraq bought a set from them and sent them back for the bad condition they was in. Its a crap shoot when it comes to buying these hard to find wheels.
They also have them listed on ebay for around $1200. So be careful.
I had not seen a post indicating Scott had sent them back. That is disappointing.
In the eBay add it mentions, I believe, that the wheels had been re-plated and I always wondered about that. IE, why did they need to be re-plated unless they were damage and had to be repaired.

Re: Website for OEM TBird wheels Please disregard that wheel site I mentioned, it's not selling new wheels. The wheels I received were refurbished and new as I was led to believe, so I sent them back...disappointed.
They also offer what looks like NM wheels on an individual wheel basis. They are in fact chromed standard wheels (we've had the debate before about whether NM wheels are the same as chromed standard wheels - they are not). Since I was trying to order an extra NM wheel in case one of mine ever got trashed, I returned it because it didn't match not because the plating looked bad. If I had the chromed standard wheels I would surely consider getting one from them if I needed a replacement.
I will say that they are very responsive about complaints and did pay to have the wheel returned as well as refunding the full amount of the original purchase including shipping charges.

Ther's a rear ended T-Bird on the thread ( Broken Wings - August 2008 ) with NM wheels. It doesn't look totaled though, but it might get parted out. Leroy
