'56 Radial Tire Recommendations???

Does anyone have any recommendations for '56 Bird radial tires? I am going from old bias ply to radials and would like to know what the best quality is, best value, etc. Would the correct size be 205/75R15? Thanks.

Joe -- I bought a set of Broadway Radials for my 55' Bird. They have the thinner whitewalls (not the gangsterwalls). They were quite reasonable. But if you want the wide whitewalls you may have to go to Coker which will be way more expensive.

I believe the conversion from 670-710 x 15 is 205/75R15. Coker's least expensive is their American Classic Series 1. $110. each

I just finished putting Diamond Back Furies on the 55. Very Happy $175 each 2 5/8 wide white walls.
