Speedometer lights not working

My '02 Thunderbird has 10k miles so it's hardley ever driven at night. I drove it last night and found that a portion of the dash lights aren't working. The speedometer and tach area of the dash board doesn't work while all other lights seem ok. I checked all fuses under the dash and all are ok.

Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

I know this may sound dumb but there is a dimming knob on the dash .It's light out now so I don't know if it controls everything.The same thing happened to me when I was cleaning the dash the switch rotated off.

Did check that. It does control all the dash lights. Thanks for your reply!
