Thinking back, I believe when Thunderbird Concepts first said they were thinking of marketing a Trunk Rack for our Birds, they said it was going to be Stainless Steel not Chrome? I think I would prefer the SS. Leroy

I have Deck Lids For Sale if some one wants to install a permanent Luggage Rack that will look alot better and then use it when you need it, and then go back to your original one, just a thought. Thanks, Rick

They did a beautiful job on this but I am with the group that would rather just pack less.....The fact that it can be taken off is a BIG plus.....Great job Aaron......

The only mention I saw of price early on in the development of the rack was around $450. but now that it is going into production who knows.

Why has it taken so long for someone to come up with a trunk rack? Anyhow, I think its very nice but I think I would prefer it to be a little narrower.

I like it. I'm on the list to buy depending what the price is. I wish it were a little WIDER, from side to side, and loose the last tube closest to the third brake light. Would have not been so square. But it's more for function than looks, I would only have it mounted when needed for extra luggage space, which those who saw me at Desert Thunder II knows it would have been handy then.

It's not going to be Chrome, It's Stainless Steel and they want $497.00 for it but if you order now they're on sale for $397.00. I just got the Email from Concepts today. I think I'll wait till I hear from someone that bought one. I would like to see a bit more on how it's held on and how it fits in the trunk when not in use. Leroy

Aaron of Thunderbird Concepts does not think that anybody on TBN is stupid. He offers accessories for our T-Birds. You either like them or don't like them. Several of our members have stated that they want the rack.......are they stupid?
