Hi Everyone -
I'm a new member and I need some help with my Sirius radio. I purchased a 2004 T-Bird last November and the factory installed Sirius radio was activated from the previous owner.The subscription expired in September and I have not been able to locate the serial number to re-activate the radio.
The Sirius paperwork wasn't with the car and I have been to stereo shops, two Ford dealers and have made several calls to Serius, but no one seems to know how to get the serial number. Both ford dealers looked up the VIN but it only came back with the model number. They suggested I have the radio taken out and try to locate the serial number on the back of the radfio, but I really don't want to take the chance of having my dashboard scratched.
I would really appreciate any information on how to locate this number.
