Same here this afternoon in Utah. This morning very cold, but took the bird for a store run and ended up at the point of the mountain watching about two dozen hang gliders. Beautiful weather.Comment

OH SHUT UP.
Only 2 days warm enough for golf this week, put the Bird to it's winter nest Fri, rearranged the shed to put deck furniture away, started the snow blower, drained the garden hoses. YUK.

72° here this afternoon. We rode about 75 miles and saw some nice fall colors. The valleys are still green, but the mountain tops are near peak colors in some places. I live just outside of the Windy City, and today was a very windy and chilly day. I called my buddy and we put the hardtop on my 04. It's like a whole differant car with the top on. I was very pleased with my paint job I did on the new front outside molding I installed on my top. The original one was cracked when I bought the top and the new piece wasn't painted. I used Duplicolor Spray paint (Ford Shadow Grey), my top is Mountain Shadow Grey, and in the sun it matches very well. I could'nt really get a good look at it till today. It's like having a Nieman Marcus for a few weeks before I park it for the Winter then for a few more weeks in the early Spring. I'll probably take it off about the 1st of May. Life is good. We spent Saturday (my birthday) driving around the Sherman-Denison Texas area in Texasbird, with the top down. It was my first ride in the Bird since having surgery, but Linda had to drive.
