Nice. We saw a white DTS/DeVille by them a couple of years ago and it was quite impressive.

      Re: CTS Convertible

I would like to see it with the top up and the windows up. I bet it's ugly. When I was in the market for a new car for my wife last year I thought I wanted to get her a CTS. We looked at them and drove one. Neither one of us were too impressed with it, for what they wanted for it. Next we test drove a new Chevy Malibu LTZ and that was it. A way better car for over 10K less. Both have V-6 and 6 speed trans but the Malibu is FWD the CTS is rear. The CTS didn't have fog lights, 18" wheels or a spare tire. I don't know how they sell them. Leroy I'm sure you have seen a CTS with a "Ragtop" on .This looks the same except for the bows in the roof .Actually they look very good ,I also drove one for a couple of days and didn't like it.The one's I've seen have all the upgrades , interior, wheels. If I take my camera with me I'll take a photo of them. One silver /black,pearl white /w I would think a sand top as that was interior color. They also have a boot

          Re: CTS Convertible

There are a lot of advantages of the CTS over lesser cars. You have a better warranty (4 years as opposed to 3), better dealer service, rear wheel drive as opposed to FWD, 300 HP direct injection 6 cyl engine is available. It costs more but you know that old saying.

            Re: CTS Convertible

I'd take a new 2009 CTS-V with the six speed manual over anything else built by an American car company today. That's coming from someone that bleeds FORD blue and has 4 of them on the property.

Not sure I'd care for a 4 door convertible however. Can't say I've ever seen one I really liked the looks of in the past.

              Re: CTS Convertible

The base CTS in 2008 was a 6 speed manual shift. I wanted to drive one but they didn't have any. I asked about ordering one and they told me they wouldn't build any unless they got at least 1000 orders for them. Leroy

                Re: CTS Convertible

Cadillac has talked about doing a 2 door CTS convertible based on the CTS Coupe. I'd be very interested if they do. I'm waiting to see if the coupe and sport wagon make it for 2010 models.

The coupe is supposed to come out next year as a 2010 model. The convertible has been postponed indefinitely.

                    Re: CTS Convertible

I just priced a 2009 CTS with the same options I got on my Malibu LTZ. 6 Cyl. 6 Spd Auto., Red Tintcoat paint, leather seating, Power Sun Roof. Couldn't get the 18" wheels on the CTS or the fog lights unless you order the AWD, $4000.00 option. 18" wheels and fog lights and spare tire are standard on the LTZ. CTS = $43,580.00, LTZ = $28,500.00 and the LTZ is Front wheel drive, way better handling on snow and ice here in Northern Indiana. Over $15,000.00 more for less. Leroy

Leroy,I wouldn't argue about the $ for $ it's like the Toyota vs. Lexus . To many it's the Cadillac name. When I bought my DTS I liked the style and the 0% interest. That was the selling point.
