Looks like a sticking termostat will become pretty common as our cars age.

Possibly a plan to change out the thermostat at a certain milage would be a good idea.

My LS failed after 5 years and 60,000 miles.
My two T-Birds both have less than 15,000 miles and are on Warrenty still!

Could someone set up a poll???

Well I have picked her up and the thermostat is changed and fluid is changed. I have to go up to the Bay area tonight for a meeting so we will see if she over heats again. I don't think she will... My mobile detailer is on his way over to give her her weekly bath and TLC. Speaking of detailing... what kind of wax do you recommend?? I will see if I can pull that up on another thread and see what I come up with.

Oh BTW... I took them some sweet chocolate goodness this morning and saved some $$$ on my bill. I love when karma comes back around because I love to give.

Zaino is the best product most of us have used.

Now you've gone and done it, Jennifer. That wax question is a whole other kettle of fish. Lots of favorites abound on that one.

Yes, Jennifer. We may be able to agree on possible repairs for specific problems, but the "which wax" and "what tires to buy" issues are another story.

Oh dear... Looks like a poll might need to be put in place for the wax thing LOL!

                Jennifer,

Check E-bay item 220308231963, a black hardtop. No doubt that we can set up a cross-country relay to get it to you.
