  • Personalized plates for Peggy Sue

I want to get personalized plates for my girl. I have a few ideas (not too creative though; example- JENS BRD), sooo I wanted to see what other ideas you could come up with to help me. I'm in California so there is only room for 7 letter/numbers.

Maybe you need Jeff Foxworthy to help you with redneck spelling MUMUBRD.
Took me a while to get one to work for me.

George, I'll have to look. That's when i was having computer troubles and it may have gotten buried.

Actually, that's when I was on a trip and didn't get home for another couple weeks. I just found it and am working on it now.

One thing about posting plate names that haven't been taken, they disappear rather quickly! You might want to hide that list as this thread is visible by lurkers.

"Peggy Sue" is the name of the restaurant in CA that a bunch of met up on our way to DT II.

                          Here's a couple of suggestions
2DI4 OR TWODI4 OR 2DIE4 - or any variation there of - OR OUR FAVORITE (on our Bird) RETRO - good luck. Send us a copy of your plate when you get it - luv to see it.

Jen: Instead of H20 Bird, how about WATR BIRD or WTR BIRD (both for water bird)
BTW, I wanted BIRD 02 since 2002 and it was taken. I didn't settle and kept watching the RMV website and finally got it in August this year - So maybe patience will work for you.

DOT Thanks for looking. If you need another shot let me know

How about PEGY SUE (The space is free) so that would be 7 letters.

You can create your own personalized plate on the DMV website and even see if it is available ( Don't know if you know about this or not ) But it's so simple. Once you find one that is available, you can order it right then and there. Waiting for it is a pain because they take FOREVER to get but it's worth it!!
