  • Removing Interior Panel on Door ?????

I need to remove the interior panel on passenger door.

Has anyone done this before? Need to have some pointers and cautions.

Want to check the position of the door glass mounting on its lift, believe glass is not mounted correctly giving me the gap I've shown in the thread titled "Something Wrong with Passenger Side Window"

    Thanks,

Be carful when you release the lower part of the panel – ease the door panel from the door – take your time or you will screw up the hidden fasteners. Also, when you re-install the screw(s) at the bottom of the panel do not be a gorilla or you will strip out the plastic nuts and then you have to go to the dealer and wait for them to be received.

Wouldn't this be covered under the warranty? Wouldn't you want it done right? I would take it to a Ford dealer. Leroy

I think I have located the problem without removing the door panel.
Please see the post #14 in the associated thread titled "Something Wrong with Passenger Window."

Thanks to everyone who helped with this problem.
