Bordeux Red?

A Florida Dealer has an 04 T-Bird on Ebay # 130269987290. The listing says it's a rare color called Bordeux Red only made for 04 T-Birds. Looks like Merlot to me. Leroy

Guess they were trying to be cute, by using a "Wine" term vs Merlot. They shoould have done a little research first:

A Bordeaux wine is any wine produced in the Bordeaux region of France. I can't tell Bordeux from Melot either.

I do know what "Thunderbird" wine tastes like and that stuff is very nasty.

Bordeux Red is a Mercedes Benz color. I know that they used it in 2000.

And the Mercedes Bordeaux Red is an exact color match to the Tbird Merlot. I know because I have used merlot touch-up paint on my '05 C Class.

When I bought mine the dealer listed it as burgundy and a Deluxe. After I got it I found that it was in fact a premium and Merlot. Probably saved a few bucks by them thinking it was a deluxe.
