Congratulations Joe, that is absolutely beautiful. I too was a recipient of one of Dino's master pieces. It takes my breath away looking at it and knowing someone was willing to do that for you.
Dino IS the best until you meet Sue. Then you don't know any couple you could love more.
Feels like Thanksgiving doesn't it!!
I guess I have to set the record straight. Yes, Dino has painted some birds to match cars, but this merlot one is in fact a stock one. It was available to buy in stores a few years ago. Dino just likes having all the colors! We appreciate all the compliments, but we'll have to leave this one as a nice gift, not a hand painted gift.
After receiving numerous inquiries, I looked at the bottom of the model and it is INDEED a Beanstalk though I must say with the Thunderbird wings in the hardtop portholes, the Thunderbird sig in the doorsills & trunk, specialty license plates, and other nuances I thought it had been modified.
I want to thank Dino again for his generosity. This gift was one the most treasured I have received in years and it will always be a special model that will go nowhere.
My sincere apologies to Dino & Susan if my mistake has caused them any inconvenience by repeated inquiries or nuisances by others:

None of this drama was my intent.
Joe,
Not to worry at all! I'm flattered and humbled by the kind words you and our other members have bestowed upon me.
Being able to do these little things for my friends is what I really enjoy!!
