Charley & I went to a car show at Colonial Chevy in N'fk this afternoon. Spotted a Cashmere...Charley goes over to look at the plate - "Marilyn" - it's FERGI!!! Found her & had our pic taken w/ an Elvis wanna-be -ooops - I think she said it's her boss. That's his car behind us.

Not a huge show, but some neat nostalgia. Mostly 'Vettes & Cameros.

Around noon today, we're cruising home from Austin, on Northbound I-35 south of Belton, TX., when I spy a torch red travelling Southbound with the soft top up. Not enough bling to be redbirdsal. They wouldn't have noticed us as we were in the Impala.

On 4-17-09 at Culvers North 27th Lincoln NE weekly Friday night car show I saw a 2002 Blue white white hard, a Black 05 owned by Kevin and the merlot is mine. See my photo gallery where I am attempting to rember how to put in some photos.

Spent the day in Waxahachie with our classic tbird club members and their cars parked on the Courthouse Square. Also took the home tour the town had going on. On the tour spotted a Merlot with sand interior. Later in the day, a whisper white 03 pulled in kitty corner from our row of cars - never saw the owners but did leave cards on both. On the way home spotted a black on 287 heading south towards Midlothian.

On Friday spotted a DSB in our garage. Friend had come over to talk with George; and on Saturday spotted a merlot with new paper plates heading east toward Grapevine on 114. oh - & he waved as he went by us!

Met a very nice couple today in Collegedale, TN. They were driving their '03 Torch Red. We chatted about 15 minutes and I gave them a TBN card and invited them to join. They seem interested. If first impressions are a good indication, I think they would be an asset to TBN.

Spotted a Merlot with Black Interior, top down parked next to a bank. It was very dirty with a dent in the left quarter panel that some one had beat out and painted red, I wanted to get out and hug the poor thing.

Not an official sighting, as I didn't see ANY of them....but we had a quote done for some stuff for the house, and the nice gentleman who came out has THREE Tbirds...a red '57, a PINK 58 convertible (that he inherited from his grandmother with only 4K, or something like that, on it!) and a '59. He moved to VA from AZ a couple years ago to retire and got bored, so started working again....anyway, I've told him about our group and that he should visit here..and that if he took ANY (all restored) of them to an event, he'd have to wipe off the drool (I want to see the pink one SO BADLY!!!! If I go with his quote, I may make it a condition of the contract! LOL).

I seen a 2004 Merlot today here in Kingston Ontario today. It was parked downtown and I stopped to have a talk to owner and tell him about this great web site and he told me that it is for sale, he owns a used car lot. She has only 14,000 miles on her and also came from the US as it is in miles and not kilometers. He is asking $31,000 Canadian

Charley just called home w/ all he saw today - a PS near oceanfront, a VMG at Costco and a Merlot and TR while on the road somewhere!
