2005 Sales Brochure

I recently purchased a 2005 Cashmere. I went to ebay to order the 2005 Sales Brochure. I was surprised when I received it that the Cashmere was not listed. I understand it was a special edition, but was there a separate Sales Brochure? I would love to get one. Chuck

Yes, its sometimes called a "hero card" - large scale post card. Printed both sides - 1 side with the specs and the other side with a full picture.


I don't seem to have a scan of the back side with the specs on it.

......I bet the '05 Brochures were printed long before details like the Cashmere Edition was considered...

Was the Cashmere introduced later in the 2005 model year as compared to the PCR in the 2004 model year? Ford did include the PCR in one of the 2004 sales brochures.

Cashmere was introduced in the same time frame as the PCR - January.

All I have on the PCR and cashmere are "hero" cards.
Chuck, if you can find the date on your brochure with the PCR info, let me know so I can catalog it. A scan of the cover is also useful. and page #s.

The 2004 brochure with the PCR is dated 03/01/04. The PCR is shown in the center of the brochure along with the Light Ice Blue. A note on the bottom right on that page reads "Collectors take note: We've added two limited production dream cars for 2004".....

It amazes me what car companies come up with for marketing BS.

Thanks, Lou, for the added info. Looks like I had the brochure cataloged but not that it had the PCR info in it.

This was also true for the 2003 limited Edition 007. It was not shown in the 2003 sales brochure, there was a seperate literature sent to dealers.

So I guess the PCR was the only limited edition year to actually appear in a regular sales brochure. The Light Ice Blue and PCR were treated to the centerfold spot in the 2004 brochure, however all but the front and left front fender of the PCR is in the background.

Since the Cashmere never made it into a 2005 brochure, I suppose it's safe to assume that there was never any mention of the Inca Gold in 2005? What promo material did Ford produce for the Inca Gold, if any?

Never saw any printed promo for the Inca - just the order sheets with it on
