Satellite Radio Problem

The Sirius subscription on my 2004 T-Bird has expired and since it was activated by the previous owner, I don't have the serial number required for activation. I've checked with Sirius, several Ford dealers and also stereo shops and no one has an answer. I've had suggestions that it can be displayed by pressing a combination of buttons but so far, nothing has worked.

If anyone has information on how to retrieve this 12 digit number I would really appreciate a response.

It's located in the radio's menu, at least on portable units. Don't know about the installed versions.
