FSU has some of the best looking football uniforms in the country with the maroon and gold. So no wonder a slight deviation in color (gold to bronze) would look great on a Tbird (merlot/bronze).

The more I look at the colors in the picture, the more I like it. I like Dave's idea to add a gold stripe. It would look great with any top.
