In the March 2009 issue of Hemmings Muscle Machines on page 39 are archive pics of a '59 TBird being used at South Glens Falls Dragway as a push/tow vehicle for a drag racing team in 1964. It's sporting whitewalls on Cragar wheels and a homemade push bar up front to push the rail dragster to the line. I'll bet that wasn't a common sight.
