I put tire blocks down on the floor, one for pull in foward, and one for backing in to remove the top. Both you can move, i spray painted the floor on where to place the blocks and also hung a tennis ball on a string.to let me know when its time to stop. So far so good, now i just got to make sure i dont sideswipe it pulling in. I did manage to mar the mirror on a box on the passenger side right after i bought the car. So dont feel like the Lone Ranger.

My Bummper guards in the garage, are rolls of Paper Towels taped together. (Hey, so I'm cheap!) It works!!!

Because of all this I told my wife today never to go into the garage without a bra on.
She asked me why. So I told her before you know a handle might scratch the front facade.
She now thinks I am even more nuts then I already was...

No. My Bird is never inside. I leave it outside. A lot safer with all these handles and wifes running around

On one garage. I put a tire standing upright on the back wall, and I pull my Galaxie in backwards until I nudge the tire.

On the other garage, I hung a tennis ball from the ceiling, and I pull forward until the ball nudges the windshield.

Both work perfect everytime.

As long as she knows what "bra" you are referring to. My coworker came in and looked over my shoulder and said..."What does it matter if she is wearing a bra or not while she is parking the car in the garage" I couldnt say anything...I was speechless. I forget not everybody is a car person.
