Re: New Jersey (tri-state) Lunch Outing

Greetings! Yesterday's lunch went well except for occasional visibility issues with fog on the ocean. Eight people in an interesting array of four Thunderbirds. Sadly, I was enjoying the Bird-view so much I neglected to take a picture, but how is this for great variety:

                      Vintage Mint Green
                      Evening Black with Light Sand
Torch Red with Full Red Accent
                      Mountain Shadow Grey with Saddle

Look forward to doing it again sometime.

Hope you're feeling better. Your services will be needed as you have been designated as the thread organizer for an outing to Circus Drive-in.

Looks like you had a fun time Doug. I see you even had a portion of desert. Or did they bring that tray empty

Gene, hope you feel better and get well soon

Glad the weather held out. Sun came out on the ride home. Kathy and I had a fun time, meeting other TBN'ers, really good food. Cars had a nice time hanging out in parking lot. (like me when I was a kid) Thanks Rusty for putting it together. Hope you feel better Gene, see you in June. Doug don't feel bad about not taking pictures of cars, I brought a camera to do so, and in a GRAND SENIOR MOMENT forgot to do so.

Sorry we missed a good time, but we had a death in the family. I sure hope someone wants to organize this again.

I had a thought about going to the Wanderers cruise night here in northern NJ with a flock of birds. The Wanderers are a car club that features cars from the 30s through modern T-birds, Mustangs, etc.

They meet up every Saturday from May through October at the Chatterbox (www.chatterboxdrivein.com). We have a DJ, Doc South, who provides great music and the owner of the Chatterbox, Don Hall, makes good food and pleasant conditions.

If any of you are interested in joining us, let's discuss a convenient Saturday and plan to meet. The Chatterbox is located in Augusta, NJ on Route 15.

Glad you all had a good time. Doc says I have bronchitis, taking four meds, had a rough night (again) but I'm beginning to feel a little better now.

Susan...I'm very sorry for your loss.
