PCR's are the only ones with "PREFERED SUEDE" seat inserts!
All Special Editions have Unique Dash trim appliqués.

You know, It's all about the angle you take with the wife. I went with the "You took over my car so now I might need another," now we own two. I hope your wife comes around and you get exactly what you want.

If it's your left knee, tell him to deliver it to the hospital and tell the Mrs. you won't need a ride home!

I know I'll be flamed for this, but you could buy a Vette and be totally different then your wife. My wife drives the Bird and I drive the Vette. When we need more than a 2 passenger, we have a Jeep Commander.
                      Good luck!

when i went to buy mine i wanted red, had one been on the lot. sold before i could get the wife and get back. so here i am with the wife primed and ready to buy and no bird. guy says got a black one on another lot want to look at that. drove the black one home that night was afraid if the wife got out of the mood would not get one, darn sounds just like trying to get lucky.

take good care of that knee. My spouse had similar surgery last May and came thru fine - he followed DRs order implicitely and Dr told him his knee healed better than the Dr's own knee after the same type of surgery

Re: Why can't I have an '04 Pacific Coast Roadster too?

We brought the new bird home last night. Had to get out first thing this morning and clean it up. It's poor nose was just covered with love-bugs. Those of you who don't live on the gulf coast, be happy you don't have love-bugs where you are. They're called love-bugs because you never see just one of them. They fly around.......attached. I think they're made entirely of glue, too.

The car looks really nice now. Only a couple of items I'll want to take care of right away. The first I knew about before I picked up the car; the soft boot is missing. Does anyone know the part number of the light stone boot? The second I didn't notice until we were cleaning it up. Somebody replaced the battery with the wrong type, so it's not vented correctly. I'll be taking care of that one right away.

The wheels on the drivers side both have a strange scuff on them that will take some polishing to remove. It's just on the wheel, and doesn't continue on to the tires. I think it might be something a car transporter did to them.

Other than that, the car runs good, and drives good (according to my wife anyway). I can't wait to drive it myself. It's raining today, or I'd be out tooling around the neighborhood in it. When the weather improves, I'll take some pictures of the two birds together. I told my wife this car was for sure a female, and she said she had always though of her car as a male. Do we have to worry about what they might be doing in the garage when the lights are out?

                              :):)
