Gorgeous, Mike. Now, you know that the panhandle of Texas received a foot of snow Thursday and Friday with drifts up to 6 ft on the freeways. at least they didn't send the snow our way though we got the cold and wind.

Amarillo got the white stuff like Dot said, We had the wind. I remember leaving Illinois as a child in April during one of those blizzards at the age of 11. I made myself a promise, When we got to Fort Worth Texas never- never move back North for anything. Y'all can have the snow, i love baking in the sun. Low here today was 27 and the high will be 70:sun:
Good grief Mike. In February it looks pretty. End of March - not so much!! We just have the last of our snow drifts disolving this weekend. But driving down the highway the car gets peppered with dirt and stones. Not the stuff you want hitting the precious bird. Just the sacrificial daily driver. Like the one you left out in your driveway.
Don't worry Mike, Spring is coming, it's 67 degrees and I'm getting ready to mow the grass for the first time this season here in Northern VA. I'm not sure I've ever mowed in March...

I feel sorry for all you T-Bird owners that live north of the Red River - that's north of Texas.
Temp. in the 80's here yesterday, so I removed the hard top and have been cruising with the top down today. Of course it does get a little hot down here in Aug.
It's not that I'm unsympathetic, but I guess I take this Florida weather for granted after being here 20 years. I do remember what it was like to go through the long Massachusetts winter while my 1969 Corvette was stored in my garage up on milk crates for the winter. I try to take advantage of the beautiful winters down here with my Bird and my Corvette. I do have to admit that the summers suck because it's too hot. The tops are always up in the summer down here, and my hard top goes back up on the Bird.
