  • Another's Thunderbird story

Every now and then I get around to cleaning up the links on my link page on my website. This time, I checked out a CA owner's story that has been on the web for many years & added to periodically. I thought I'd bring it to your attention in case you haven't come across the pages before as who knows when it'll disappear from the net. It's a nice story - 13 pages long with an ending.

I recall contacting the owner many years ago but do not remember if he ever joined up here.

Interesting site, great pictures! Too bad the guy barely got to know the car. He had his Bird for 70 months and only drove it 4143 miles, or about 60 miles a month. Living in the San Francisco area, he missed out on a lot of great cruising.

I bet Chuck has put more miles on his Bird just driving it in and out of the trailer.

Great story...he really enjoyed his Bird. Too bad he decided to part with it. He could've had a lot more good times in it.

Loved it - BUT How can anyone part with their Bird after having as much fun as they did? Beautiful Story!
