  • SUN VISOR

I was sitting in my Tbird today and well the Sun Visor is all ways in the way'' Has any one removed theirs? Are you happy with them out of the way ?
This may sound dumb but I thought I would ask before I went to work on the removel of both Sun Visors.

My sunvisor has never gotten in my way, and I actually use it as intended from time to time. I'm wondering how it gets in the way?

I just wish they would swing to the side windows to block the sun like most cars.

They are easy to remove, but you'll be left with large gaps in the hearder panels and screw holes as well. It will not look finished once they are off. Doing this mod doesn't make any sense as they are small, unobtrusive and almost useless anyway.

I use mine as a handy place to keep stuff, like my handicaped parking tag or driving directions, etc. I like some of the custom covers I've seen that match the seats and hide the ugly yellow info tags. It's a nice mod that doen't destroy any thing. Leroy

Have you tried using Viagra on it?

don'tknow, Ski. I think the topic was discussed a year or so ago.

I did come up with the answer to the question about removal:

However, Sumerbird, can't see how those small sunvisors get in your way if it's not flopping down?
