Thanks to George and Dot for all your good inforamtion about the installation of supplemental lights on our 04. It took three days and a little less than $200 to get the lights and harness from our local dealer and about three hours to do the installation. Knowing what I know now, I could have cut the time in half, but there is nothing like experience as a teacher.
The car looks so much better with lights than the plastic covers in the sockets.
Now I want to do the modification that is outlined on the sight to have them on all the time as daytime lights.
This site has been a great help as we get to know more about the car after two weeks of ownership.
Today the title and key for the hard top arrived from the selling dealer in Ohio. So now we can register it in PA, but more importantly we can get the hard top off and take a look at the soft top, which we have never seen.
My wife took the car to VA last weekend and was alittle miffed that she couldn't go top down, now she can when it warms up again.
