Unbelievable!

After 6 years driving my Birds and rarely seeing 1 Retro much less 2 I saw FIVE RetroBirds today while out running errands this afternoon ....

I guess maybe the great weather has the Birds flying out of the Nest!

02 or 03 Evening Black: No Hardtop - Soft top Up
02 Inspiration Yellow with Whisper White Hardtop
02 or 03 Torch Red: No Hardtop - Top Down
02 Thunderbird Blue: No Hardtop - Top Down
04 Merlot with Hardtop

The Torch Red, Thunderbird Blue, & Evening Black Driver's waved, smiled, beeped or flashed their lights: The Merlot driver didn't see me and the IY driver was a pinched up old shrew!

Cool Joe. That's amazing in Raleigh, where you would think you would see them all the time. I actually saw an unfamiliar one in Waynesville yesterday too. It was a Torch red with tan softtop.

Good for you, Joe. I know that was a thrill. You're doing much better than I. In nearly seven years of living here, I've only spotted three in my area! It was soooooo exciting each time, but it's still kinda fun being unique.

It must be a Tbird week-end, yesterday I too saw several birds around Canyon Lake, (2) 02 or 03 Whisper White, (1) 03 Desert Sky Blue, (1) 04 PCR, (1) 03 Black, (1) Platinum Silver

I could'nt belive that many birds in one day, I some times go weeks without seeing another bird.

I continue to see more in our area, as does Ski. And we're seeing the same ones more often. What surprises me most is the ones that I know are in the area that I never see on the road. There is a Whisper White '02 that I see from time to time that I wish the owner would just leave at home. It is a mess. Looks like it hasn't been washed since new! I guess it will be a good deal for someone when the owner tires of it.
