Map Lights

Map lights are taking as long as 30 minutes to turn-off after turning ignition off & locking doors. Anyone else experiencing this issue and know a fix?

check your dimmer switch it may be turned up as high as it will go, if it is turn it down a little bit and check it again.

If you are talking about the map lights on the bottom of the inside rear view mirror, they are switched and you must have left them on so they only turn off after a while to save the battery. Turn them off yourself, that is how they are designed. The interior lights, on the other hand should only take a few moments to turn off.

joe166 is right ,there are different settings on the map light.Check the manual.
