Sunoco gas is doing a promotion for the chance to win one of 15,000 instant fuel prizes or the grand prize of 5,000 gallons of gas. There are plastic cards at the pumps, and they are using a shot of the rear of an '02 blue in the ad. You can also see it at the site below.

Wonder how many pumps will be missing those cards in a few days...(I know of one in MA!)

Hi Dino:

Ironically, I stopped at a Sunoco station away from home last night for gas in my other car. No advertising placards with the Thunderbird Blue car there yet, so I would assume that holds true for the Baltimore area in general. Thanks for the heads up - and something new to look for.

Found one sta in Richmond yesterday....Had the advertising poster outside (16X42) but, the bumper stickers they were sent was of nascar (so the gentleman said)...Found one in Harrisonburg will check this afternoon....Elle, have u found any on Tidewater????

94mcd sent me a NASCAR Scene magazine for August 13, 2009 that he gets. There is a Sunoco ad in that magazine for the same promotional - page 37

I got two of the island posters and the main poster that went on the building (must be 38 x 50). Not sure where I'll put that one!

Promo ends today 8/31. I have been in touch with local station and he made commitment early on, and I picked up signs yesterday.
