Just noticed, the side marker lights are missing. Also the cut outs on the bumper for the exhaust tips have been filled in.

My personal opinion. When a car is personalized that much from original, expect to keep it many years.

I have nothing against a "modded" car, even a T-Bird...but if I really like it or not depends on the "mods" themselves...The workmanship is also important...
