Took the two classics to a car show in Leonardtown, MD. Beautiful weather here and brought two trophies home. To celabrate took the 02 to St George's Island for seafood dinner.

.....Ours is a daily driver, so the season change coming up means the installation of the hardtop at some point as in when the snow starts to fly....In the meantime late summer....went to Canmore on Sat. this wonderful town is nestled in a corridor in the Rockies....wandered around, found a patio for lunch and a beverage...doesn't get any better than that!....It was a great day....an hour from our back door!

left thurs morning for bozman mt. for a golf tourn, the 31st annual...took the bird and the wife...she had to pack light(ha ha)...with the clubs shoes and stuff you could not have put another HAIR in the car. sunny 80 degrees going and coming home on sunday..top down both ways 900 mi round trip (avg 22/24 mpg) and being in montana aint no carbon in this bird no more....this weekend is just what the bird was made for...so if your one of those who are saving your bird for something (with the dried up fuel pumps and clogged injectors)get them out of the barn and enjoy, life is just too short (just my opinion)

Drove mine back from the Lake home so I could get it ready for CC thunder. Had left it up there thinking I would get more week-end driving but didn't turn out that way. Too much rain this year and with non-paved roads it gets to dirty. It was a nice 150 mile cruise.

Had to work Saturday, but where we were (Dahlgren Naval Surface Warfare Center) had a small informal classic and street rod show. Went and looked around at lunchtime. No 'birds but a beautiful '59 Sunliner..."showroom new". Had to do some work at the rental property today..top down both ways and may go for a ride when Ellen gets home from work.

Baby sat the grand kids Saturday & most of Sunday. Rained Saturday anyway. But did some top down (the TBird, not Barb or I) exploring late Sunday afternoon. Was sumnny and warm (mostly). Found local some roads I had not been on in a long, long time, or ever.

Since I bought mine used I was wondering, were windshield wipers an option on the Retro-Bird?

Went to the WVU game. Had a great time tail gating with friends. She stayed in the garage all weekend.

Took the 57 out for a cruise to the mountains yesterday. Around 150 miles. Top down all the way.

Mine remained under covers. The weekend before last a much needed bath and cover adorning my merlot beauty. I was going to drive the car to get my hair trimmed, but SeatCover had the garage blocked with the gator.

RAIN - bad weather? It is beautiful in Las Vegas - well almost - WE met for our monthly dinner Sat. night and we did put our tops up, just in case - It only looked like rain. Parking lot was DRY when we came out.

Saturday took Rosebud on a top down cruse to the cabin (80 deg.) and on the return trip at 9:00 was still 65 deg. So did a top down with sweatshirts. Sunday was a day for the 56 Bird, went to a car show then a cruse to La Conner (84 deg). We have been very dry this summer, haven’t had 2” since April.

I went to Lowes this weekend and there was this little ole lady 80 lbs wet trying to lift 2 50 lbs bags of mulch in the trunk of her Buick. So I offered to put them in the trunk for her and did. The kid who rolled it out there for her and then left should have been reported but that is another story. Suzanne had just returned from the detail shop & was gleaming: I had even put the boot on.
