A battery tender is a must for a T-bird as it has so many parasitic loads that do not turn off with the key that the battery will be toast in approx a week without that help.

A battery tender is a must for a T-bird as it has so many parasitic loads that do not turn off with the key that the battery will be toast in approx a week without that help.

I just park mine all winter, Cleveland Ohio [winter avg high 35 avg low 22], no battery tender.
I start it about once per month & let it run about 20/30 minutes
and run it up and down the driveway a couple of times. The battery is 5 years old.
