Took 1st place at car show

    Took 1st place at car show

    Today I went to a US car show organised by the AAC (The American Car Club in NL).
    They had categories split up by years.
    My car won first price in the category 1980 and newer.

    The Mercury next to me won the overall price.

        Congratulations Frits! Our retrobirds are all winners if you ask me! We usually have about 12 or 15 retrobirds at our local T-Bird club show and shine, and it is usually the 04 Merlot with the beige top that takes the prizes. I like them all though!

          Thanks, here is some more shots of the other class winners.
          Ford was well represented amongst the winners.
          There was a very nice Fairlane in great condition.

            The Lincoln is in mint condition.
            The Ford Pickup took first price.
            The Bronco was very nice and took second price in its class.

                            Permit me to congratulate you enthusiastically on your first place win. I am encouraged by your success, since I am entering my 02 Bird in a charity car show this Saturday. Hope I do half as well as you!
