Installing Trim Kit

Received my wheel well trim kit from Aaron's Thunderbird Concepts but states it is for the 2003 and mine is a 2005. Is there any difference? Has anybody had success in using the clips since they don't work for me? Supposed to have 3M adhesive but does not.

I'm not sure what trim you'e refering to, they sell so many different kinds. I don't think there would be any difference in the model year, but here should be some kind of adhesive on the back. If you can't get in touch with Aaron, just send it back for a full no hastle refund. Leroy

No difference in the wheel openings.

Call AAron explain to him what happen. There is an error somewhere, he'll get you set up right. he's very easy to work with.

there is no difference in the body wheel cut out on the year models of the retros

Mine are on using the clips provided, but then QAA put them on for me. If I remember correctly, they went on reverse of what I thought they would, so they could pull the tab forward. Check you instructions, and I would hope that they'll send replaqcement clips.
