.... How often is color the selling point of the car.

Color is a very large selling point to a large number of buyers but they are also looking at other things. Color has dictated what I have bought in the past. If a company didn't have the color I was looking for in a particlar body style, I didn't buy their car. But that doesn't translate over to value, just my preference for a particular color - stats wouldn't have made a difference in my choice.

Well anyway you look at it, it is a very pretty car and if the price is right then hopefully the new owner will join the TBN and we may get to see it at one of our events...........who knows.

lol, someone is either watching this site or someone informed him. I got word back from quickdraw - 1 of 86 if you take into account, wheels/shifter, etc.... If just the color and hardtop and interior, it is one of 173. Stats change depending on how you look at them. Anyway you look at it, it is a low mileage car in apparent nice shape according to pics.

Yeah, I saw the claim of 1 of 12 removed this morning.


While the price is a good price for the car given the miles, one owner etc -- unfortunately, making a meaningless claim truly hurts interest, IMHO. I have walked away from more cars (and homes) when I have been given a 'story' just based on my own distaste of 'mistruths' (sounds better than to say 'lying'!). Whether that has hurt me or not -- I cannot say; I just feel better than buying into a lot of 'hooey'.

The desire to be unique is universal.....
