I searched Brembo Brake Cover on Ebay and got 116 results. None were specific to Thunderbird, but many implied they had covers which fit all models. One I looked at mentioned having to be glued-on. That might be a concern because of the heat. Another concern I had was so little clearance between the wheel and the caliper. I had thought of getting some for my MKZ because it is red, but I'm not ready to do anything at this point.

With 116 results from the search, you might be able to find a source for what you are looking for. Hope this helps.
