Can any one in the Babylon,N.Y. area take a look at a car for me? Interested in purchasing a 05 Bird from L&B Lincoln-Mercury at 520 Montauk,Hwy West Babylon,N.Y. Car shows only 140 miles. It's for my friend in Ft. Myers,Fl. He would have it shipped if the car is ok.

Asking 28,995. Pretty good price and looks good.
Just paid 27,600 in Mich.for a MSB with 3400 miles to replace my wrecked MSB bird.

BTW if your shipping stay away from Horseless Carriage, bad experience.

I just used DAS Detroit to NY, no problems . Took about 10 days door to door.

Intercity is the only way to go. White glove, enclosed, and covered inside the the air-ride trailer. And if you want your vehicle to suffer no damage, air-ride is the best. I don't think DAS offers any of this. I've only seen open carriers for DAS...and they aren't air-ride. Sorry if I've stepped on toes, but our Birds are worth the best.
