At the Cooptown Car Show on 6/19 I talked to the owner of a VMG 2004 about TBN. Nice car with under 2,000 miles. Today on I70 westbound about 9:30 this morning an EB with sand interior flew by us near US29. We were in the Durango heading to Hagerstown to visit grandchildren and my '65 Bird.

Spotted a Black Bird on I-30 W in the downtown Dallas mix-master Sun afternoon, about 1:20 PM. I had to cut off and head to Waxahachie. I was in CARTOY, but don't think they saw me.

Do we need a separate section for pitiful sightings? I was heading home on Saturday - on 395, as I recall - and saw a Bird ahead of me. As we got closer, it appeared to be black - but it was so faded, it was heading towards gray. It was also dirty as sin and covered in nicks and bruises. It had the top up and that did not seem to be in all that great shape, either. To be honest, however, the driver looked to be in about the same shape. They made a good pair.

Today saw an anniversary TBird going north on route 1 in Homestead, Fl had the hardtop on very nice. This is the first Tbird I have seen down here other than mine.

Hmmm...maybe a Yankee going home. I've never seen a Bird down around our place in Islamorada. Not even mine (and never will)!

Saw thre Retros this Saturday evening..a Thunderbird Blue with full acccent on BarkerCypress at the NifteeFifties car show...got a nice hearty return wave from them, then saw a Torch red premium for sale at the Audi dealer on Richmond on the way home! alan

It was an '02 Blue day today! Saw 2 - one with hard top, one without - both within a block of each other in VB.

Yesterday on the way home from work (back roads to avoid the "non-drivers" on 301 and 210 this time of year), a VERY clean MSG with hardtop that I haven't seen in the area before. Was in the company car so I didn't wave, but noticed tail light bezels when I looked in the mirror.

Saw three more T-Birds over the past 5 days. A red bird with a black top, and a sky blue one were spotted, driving in Bar Harbor, ME. 3 days ago, and late this afternoon, we spotted a Merlot with the top down, parked downtown in Kennebunkport, ME.

Had a very interesting experience this weekend. Was at a family reunion at my cousin's house in Rockbridge Baths, VA yesterday. My brother drove in from Richmond and said that near our cousin's house, he spotted a car that looked exactly like mine, he thought it was me until the car kept going. Today when I was leaving, I had driven about 10 miles through some very small country roads and was just about to the intersection of the main road, in the middle of nowhere really, when in front of me I see the 2002 Thunderbird blue car that my brother had seen the day before. I sped up and honked my horn. He stopped and waited for me. I pulled up beside him laughing and said what are the odds, and he replied back, can you believe it!? It was a very funny experience.

Thursday June 24th saw a white one, unknown year, in Anokia Mn. Saturday June 26th a black one and red one travelling together on hwy 65 in Blaine Mn....was in the minivan with the family for a hockey tourney so we didnt get a chance to talk.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON NORTH OF BREA, KY. ON I-75 WE SAW A TORCH RED WITH THE TOP DOWN AND A WHISPER WHITE WITH TOP UP. ONLY TWO IN OVER 1,100 MILES ON TRIP.

There was a sea foam green in the Port Orchard Fathoms of Fun parade this past weekend. Interesting he had a seat brace or platform covering the rag top gap so the dignatary could sit. Anyone have any disign plan or seen such I'd like to have so could use my Bird for Shrine Temple in parades?
