While on our cruse with the PNW Group we spotted a TR with hard top on in the Ale house parking lot. I got a card from Tim and put it on windsheld. While we were eating lunch the owner came and found us. I think he intends to join TBN. Then last night we were in the 56 Bird and spotted a WW at the light on Collage Way and La Venture. Got a big smile and wave.
Hwy 78 - Desert Sky Blue with hardtop Hwy 78 headed towards west towards the big rock, around 12:30 this afternoon.
Also spotted a couple while in TX. I need to find my notebook so I can tell you where.

Took Charley to pick up the Shelby from being serviced (again - electrical, this time), and our service manager, Phil Wilder, had his Baby Bird there today. It's still in the process of being restored, but the engine, transmission, interior, and top are done. He's hopes to bring it to T@TWH this weekend. We hope so, too!
Just got home from the pharmacy about a half mile from my house. As I was coming out I met a woman with a 2003 desert sky blue top down parked next to my thunderbird blue (top down). We talked for a few minutes. She said people she knew kept telling her they had seen her at thus and such place (the dsb and tbb look similar from a distance) I told her about the thunderbird nest. Then as we started to leave she said my name's Janice (my name). She grew up on the street I currently live on. She has a son (I have a son). It was so weird, if we had a lottery in Alabama, I'd have gone and bought a ticket. Hope she and her spouse join in the good company and conversation.

I was heading north on NC 58 yesterday afternoon around 6 PM, driving Amadeus, and met a southbound merlot Bird......it must have been heading to Atlantic Beach or Emerald Isle.
Saturday morning...northbound US 301 in King George, VA..a southbound TR with top down and windows up, crossed the Potomac River Bridge, a southbound Cashmere with soft top up.
Last Thursday, August 5th I spotted a 2003 "007". I glanced over and a Blonde haired woman waved back at me. Now there aren't a lot of Tbirds in Charleston and I thought it must be Sharon Metzger and Brian heading down to Hilton Head a month early! I called Brian and asked him, "Where are you goin?" He told me "Nowhere right now." I said "Are you on your way to Hilton Head?" He said "You're a month early, we're going next month, remember?" I was so sure that 007 was them I persisted until finally I realized my mistake. Duhhh.
in King George, VA..a southbound...Cashmere with soft top up.
That's where my son lives - but that wasn't me, and he doesn't own a Bird.
Went to a wake on Friday evening and ran into "mainebird" (Pat & Bryan Grinnan - relatives of the deceased), though they didn't have their Bird with them (and we were in the Shelby). She never drives it ('03 WW w/ 5K miles). Then on the way home we passed a Cashmere (soft top up) parked at Eggleston Services, so we swung in and I left a card.

White 02 with hard top on spotted in a shopping center parking lot in Norman OK. I have seen it around town before but never sitting still. I put my TBN card on the windshield.
