The ACD Museum is a world class museum, and an absolute MUST SEE. We've been there twice now and will go again.
There are 2 other museums in the immediate area, one which is attached to the ACD, the other 1 exit south. You could easily spend 2 full days in the area.
I wish someone would take on a TBird gathering around there. There are plenty of good hotels and lots to see. Anyone? Anyone?

“THE EDGE,
there is no honest way to explain it
because the only people who really know where it is
My father got that exact 56 T bird as a settlement for a debt owed him. That car had a white port hole hard top. The color was considered so awful all my friends laughed at me and my buddys 57 chevy blew my doors off. He sold the car and got me an MGTC which put me into a totally different peer group who didn't care how fast your car was on a dragstrip.
Another rare thing about that 56 is it has seat belts, not standard equipment in those days, it was an option. Also it looks like it's a 3 speed manual trany too. Leroy
100003 though 100010 some were Test Cars, I had all the Hardtops from them with the Very Early Vin #s including the Supercharged Bird it was Red. Thanks, Rick
