I must say I am again so impressed with the quality of people here.

I just got back into town after a week of moving some "stuff" from Krum to southeastern Oklahoma (including a couple of days of recuperating from food poisoning, passing out and hitting my head, pulling some muscles in my neck and back, and, oh yes, getting volunteered for becoming the communications officer replacement for the local volunteer fire department - if we had time, I would go into the whole thing, but anyway....)
I haven't heard back from Albert sine last week when we exchanged emails, but I can't blame him as I have been unable to respond if he sent me anything else.

I emailed Dot this evening but thought I would post here as well to 1) express my appreciation at everyone's offers to help, and 2) let eveyone know everything I do at this point.

I have another run to make to Oklahoma Saturday if my head stops hurting and I can get my sons-in-law to load some things, then return here to Krum next Thursday just in time to make the final load up of furniture on Feb 12th. More info than you want to know but there it is.

Albert's around and I got the email from Terry. I think we're just waiting now for Albert's decision on what to do. Terry has also just sent him an email.

Thanks Bill. That made my day.

I haven't heard anything else at this point. I am hoping to feel better by tomorrow to make a run to Oklahoma. I'm asking some friends to help me load some items today (freezer, washer, dryer, etc.) if the weather holds.

Unfortunately my internet will be cut off as of this afternoon so it may be another day or 2 before I can establish a link at the new home.

Not wishing to push beyond acceptable limits but if I haven't heard something from Albert soon, I will let Gary have the package if he is still interested. My hope is that Albert hasn't had the kind of week I've had!

I just heard from Albert and as I had feared he has had about the same kind of week as I. As he needs to wait a few weeks to be ready for the top, he graciously is bowing out for now. I want to express my appreciation to him for letting me know what was happening.

I have contacted Gary to determine if we can make the deal work for us both quickly.

Stay tuned!! You never know what can happen around here. I will be out of touch for a few days (internet-wise).
