Merlot Hunting

Is there anyone in the immediate area of Fond Du Lac in Wisconsin who would be interested in visiting Service Motors Ford ? They have a merlot 04 listed there, and I would like an opinion on the car, as it is 2 days drive away for me AND across the border. I would greatly appreciate an insight on the value of the car,

Replying mainly to bump this up.

I went to the dealership site and they only had a couple of pics, but it does not look like it has any problems. Price may be just a tad dear for one with 40K miles. Merlot and light sand, as is evident, is one of the best combos produced.

Great looking car its a Merolt of course.
Price wise it may be a little high.
We bought ours last May,had about 41k on it.
Paid 19,000 and that included a hardtop.

Is there a M&S group anywhere? We should not have to associate with tawdry riff raff.

Adding on - -- I've had mine for a few months, 21K miles and $21K (Included a year remaining on an extended warranty.)

Hey Ian! That's the dealership that the previous owner of my '02 bought my car from when it was brand new. He had ordered an Inspiration Yellow from our local dealer and cancelled it when he saw the blue babe on the lot at Service Motors, while driving through Fond du Lac. We live about 50 or 60 miles from Fondy, however, not sure if I can find the time to go through there any time soon. Will keep it in mind though. --Lindy

speaking of prices, there's a beauty in Alberta, but the dealership wants almost $30,000 for it, which is nuts!
