I was wondering... were there special sales brochures for the Special Editions? The 007, PCR, and 50th Cashmere?

And if so, is there a good place to pick up pieces like that?

For the 007 there was a one page (8 1/2 x 11) special advert printed on both sides. Rerely seen on ebay and such places. Will see if I can find a j'peg picture.
