2-10-10 @1010 am Drew Carey on Price is Right . They are giving away a red 1955 T-Bird, saddle interior . Looks like a custom job, but beautiful . Girl from Hunington Beach won it . Lucky s##t !

Web site for Price is Right has replay of 2/10 episode. Modified red 55, but don't think it is a kit car...valued at $29,000 so maybe, though bumpers look stock, not impact style.

Re: Comment about the 1962 K/H wire wheels. Wheels on those models were 14", and most likely those on the Thunderbird Green '56 are aftermarket 15" wheels sold by most Thunderbird parts houses. Also the true roadster wheels from 1962 had solid chrome centers in the flipper, not the plastic inserts.

Most Ford dealers in 1956 called it "No Sale Green". My neighbor has an all original one and I must say it is an acquired taste, IMHO!

Just thought I'd add to this thread that season 5, episode 8 of CIS (title:Ch-Ch-Changes), the victim drove a 2005 retro Bird...I believe it was MSB. Just saw a rerun of it on Spike TV this afternoon.

To add to the above post - the episode will air again on Spike today @ 5:00 PM eastern. I'll try to pay more attention as to what color the Bird is, if I get a chance to watch it.
