Classic T-Bird on NCIS tonight 2-9-2010

For those of you who like seeing and/or recording such things.... and who have tv programming not based on eastern time zone.... about 45 minutes into tonight's NCIS (8:00 CBS) will have a brief pleasure of seeing a green one with continental kit.

Saw both of them, black one beside the transport and the green one in the guy's collection.

It looked like a lime or mint green '56 T-Bird with a continental kit in the guys car collection.

OK, I get it… this is a Thunderbird site. However, the other vehicles on the show were not chopped liver and the stunts they did with Gibb’s car made me cringe – clearly just a prop in Hollywood world. And although I suspect it was not a real ’70 Hemi Cuda Convertible it was still some nice eye candy. If it was real then the owner must be crazy to allow Hollywood to use it.

Official name for the color is Thunderbird Green, commonly referred to as Sage Green.
