Replacement Radio for 2003 T-Bird

We have begun experiencing issues with the factory radio in our T-Bird (i.e. failure to eject CD's, etc.). We took the vehicle to get an after market radio installed bit rapidly discovered that because the T-Bird has the premium audio system the after market radio did not function properly (the installer stated that this was due to all of the amplifiers the premium system has). Does anyone have a tried and true solution to an aftermarket radio that will work as well or better that the factory original?

Since my wife drives the T-Bird more than I she indicated that she would love the following features in the next radio: AM/FM, CD, Blue Tooth Hands Free, & Sirius (even though she already has Sirius).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Search in the Garage and there's at least one other option with nav.

There used to be a guy on ebay who repaired, or most likely exchanged, T-bird factory radios. That wouldn't get the new options that you want, but it might be something to consider. It shouldn't be hard to find that type service on the internet.

Here some pics of the Clarion installation. Looks very factory.

The wood trim is called "Regal Burl" from Superior Dash. Since the Nav/Sound system wasn't a factory option the trim is a mix of Thunderbird and Lincoln LS kits.
