Forgive me, while I toot my horn a bit.
Another win for my T Bird. At the ALL FORD car show in Orlando. 165 cars in the show, mostly Mustangs (the show was hosted by the Mustang Club of Central Florida). There were a few Falcons and Ford Trucks, and a couple of other Ford models. Nine Thunderbirds, mine was the only Retro Bird (2003), others were late 80s and mid-nineties. Nice to have company for a change.
I won a GOLD award - (I received 18 points out of a possible 18), after judging by not-too-friendly guys who were non-communicative. Talk about nit-picking! I was really surprised when they called out my name to accept my plaque.
Beautiful sunny day in the 70s after such a long spell of unseasonably COLD weather here lately. Lots of foot traffic. I signed up 4 more T Birders (spectators) for my May 1st Lady Thunder Cruise & Poker Run.
