Bruce, You could try getting the the Thunderbird Aqua Blue head rest covers and or the sun visor covers. Also I think an Aqua Blue pin stripe from the front fender louvers back to the tail lights might be what you're looking for, with out breaking the bank. Leroy

Bruce, I agree with what some others have said about the hashmarks...I like them much better than the 2005 tag on my car. Wanted to replace them when I first bought the '05, but never did it. Every once in a while I think of going down to the dealer and buying the hashmarks and replacing them myself. Supposedly, you should be able to simply push the old one out with your fingers and push the replacement right back on.
As for your wheels, I like the premium wheels on the 02/03 much better than the 04/05 wheels, but my reason is that on the newer Birds, it's the only place on the car that says Ford...plus I like the 'cleaner' lines to the older wheels...but again, JMO.
I purchased a V8 symbol, but just haven't put it on yet...not sure why Ford only put the V8 on the '03's & '04's.

Jim, on our '04 the word "Ford" appears on both door sills. Does your '05 not have "Ford" stamped on the door sills?Comment

My mistake, Charlie...you're absolutely right. What I meant to say was anywhere on the outside of the car. The Ford logo is indeed on the door sill, along with the Thunderbird logo.Last edited by AZTB; Apr 5, 2010, 03:19 PM.Comment
