    I remember driving from San Angelo, TX to Andrews, TX in my Mustang back in college, around 1980 and hearing Blondie's "Call Me"....I was taking the highway (mostly deserted) at a pretty good clip and it really is a good memory..music loud, sunny day, no cares.....so even today, I really love hearing that song when cruising with the top down on a beautiful day! Of course, it DOES make me want to push the gas pedal a little harder....
    CatBrd2 is the new license tag! Meowgal was moved to the Prius.

      I think I remember that song from "American Gigolo" with Richard Gere driving that Mercedes SL down the highway with that song playing.

        Replaced with 2013 Infiniti G37 Coupe.
        A lot better car and even more exclusive, but doesn't have the Cachet the Thunderbird had. Adios, mi Amigo.

          Sunday: "Groovin"-Rascals or "Sunday Will Never be the Same"-Spanky and Our Gang

          Monday: "Monday/Monday", Mamas and the Papas

          Tuesday: "Tuesday Afternoon", Moody Blues

          Wednesday: ?

          Thursday: ?

          Friday: ?

          Saturday: "Saturday Night". ?? (from the late 60"s); "Another Saturday Night", Sam Cooke

          Weekend: "Here Comes the Weekend", album cut by the Moody Blues

                I've been listening to some classical music lately especially Mario Lanza. Very nice for night-time topless cruising. Sounds weird but it's kind of surreal and other motorists look at you funny.

                    Some Country Music is OK, as long as it isn't what I call "cryin' in my beer music." I still muchly prefer Classic Rock.
